These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.cruiseplanwise.com and any guides, workbooks, templates, spreadsheets, calculators, prompt packs, printables, activity products, puzzle books, downloads, bundles, emails or other digital products offered by Cruise Plan Wise.

By accessing the website, requesting a resource or purchasing a Cruise Plan Wise product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. About Cruise Plan Wise

Cruise Plan Wise is an independent digital publishing and cruise-planning business operated by Amit K. in India.

Cruise Plan Wise provides educational cruise information, organisational resources and digital products. Cruise Plan Wise is not a cruise line, travel agency, tour operator, booking platform, immigration adviser, medical provider, financial adviser or insurance provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. Where applicable, a parent or legal guardian may make a purchase on behalf of a minor.

By purchasing a product, you confirm that:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Cruise Plan Wise products are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.

4. Gumroad Checkout and Merchant of Record

Paid Cruise Plan Wise products may be offered for purchase through Gumroad.

When a purchase is completed through Gumroad, Gumroad acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. Gumroad operates the checkout, receives and processes the payment, issues the transaction receipt and handles payment-related functions according to its own terms.

Your purchase through Gumroad is therefore also subject to Gumroad's applicable terms, policies and checkout conditions.

Cruise Plan Wise does not directly receive or store your complete credit-card, debit-card or bank-account information.

5. Prices, Currency and Taxes

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the applicable sales or checkout page.

When Gumroad processes a purchase, Gumroad may calculate, collect and remit applicable sales tax, VAT, GST or similar transaction taxes in accordance with its merchant-of-record responsibilities.

Depending on your location, payment method or financial institution, additional currency-conversion charges, international transaction fees or similar charges may apply.

Cruise Plan Wise does not control exchange rates or charges imposed independently by banks, card issuers or other financial institutions.

6. Order Confirmation

A purchase is considered completed when Gumroad confirms that the transaction has been successfully processed.

Gumroad may decline, reverse, cancel or refund transactions where reasonably required for payment verification, fraud prevention, chargeback management, compliance or other purposes permitted under Gumroad's terms.

Cruise Plan Wise may also request that a transaction be reviewed where there is evidence of duplicate payment, unauthorised activity, misuse or an obvious pricing or technical error.

7. Digital Delivery

Digital products purchased through Gumroad are normally delivered through Gumroad's purchase receipt, download page, library or other product-access method provided by Gumroad.

After purchase, you may also be redirected to a Cruise Plan Wise confirmation or next-step page. Such a page does not replace the product-delivery system provided through Gumroad unless expressly stated.

Delivery or access may occasionally be delayed by:

• Email filtering
• An incorrect email address
• Payment verification
• Gumroad or third-party platform outages
• Browser, network or device problems
• Other technical issues outside our reasonable control

If you cannot locate your purchase receipt or product access, check your Spam, Promotions or similar folders and review your Gumroad purchase account or receipt.

You are responsible for downloading and securely backing up purchased files where practical. Third-party download links, platform features and access methods may change over time.

8. Personal-Use Licence

Unless a product description expressly grants a different licence, free and paid Cruise Plan Wise products are licensed for personal use only.

Subject to these Terms, Cruise Plan Wise grants the lawful purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to:

• Download purchased files
• Keep reasonable personal backup copies
• Print copies for personal cruise-planning use
• Use planning materials with members of your immediate household or personal travel party
• Duplicate pages specifically marked as reusable or "Duplicate Me" for your own trips
• Edit eligible templates for your personal use

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense or commercially distribute Cruise Plan Wise products
• Share complete purchased files publicly or with unrelated third parties
• Upload purchased files to public drives, forums, groups, marketplaces or file-sharing websites
• Give copies to other travellers as a substitute for their own purchase
• Use the products as deliverables in paid client work or commercial travel-planning services
• Modify a product and sell or distribute the modified version
• Copy substantial portions into another publication, course, website, application or product
• Remove copyright, licence, attribution or disclaimer notices
• Claim Cruise Plan Wise content as your own
• Use substantial portions of the products to create or populate a competing commercial product or dataset

Purchasing a product gives you a licence to use it. It does not transfer ownership of copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

9. Canva and Editable Materials

Some Cruise Plan Wise products may contain Canva-editable templates or Canva-hosted resources.

A Canva account may be required. Some Canva elements, features or functionality may require a paid Canva plan.

Cruise Plan Wise does not control Canva's:

• Subscription prices
• Licensing terms
• Account requirements
• Platform availability
• Feature changes
• Compatibility

Your use of Canva is governed by Canva's own terms and policies. Cruise Plan Wise personal-use restrictions continue to apply to Cruise Plan Wise material after you customise it in Canva.

10. Cruise and Travel Information Disclaimer

Cruise Plan Wise products are provided for general educational, informational and organisational purposes.

Cruise and travel information may change without notice, including:

Travel decisions based on Cruise Plan Wise content remain your responsibility.

11. Budget Calculator Disclaimer

Any Cruise Plan Wise budget calculator, spreadsheet or financial worksheet is a planning tool only. It does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee actual travel costs.

Examples may contain fictional or illustrative amounts. Actual prices may vary because of fares, taxes, service charges, currency changes, promotions, package conditions, itinerary changes and personal spending.

You should replace demonstration values with current information from your own booking and independently verify important totals before making financial or booking decisions.

Spreadsheet formulas may contain errors or behave differently depending on software, application or version.

12. AI Prompt and AI-Assisted Research Disclaimer

Cruise Plan Wise may provide prompts, workflows or educational material intended for use with third-party artificial-intelligence services.

AI-generated information may be:

• Incorrect
• Incomplete
• Outdated
• Misleading
• Based on unreliable sources

AI-generated cruise or travel information should be checked against current authoritative sources.

Do not submit sensitive personal information to an AI service unless you understand and accept that service's privacy and security practices.

Refunds are not normally provided solely because:

• You decided not to take a cruise
• Your cruise was changed or cancelled
• You no longer need the product
• You did not read the product description before purchasing
• Your device or software does not meet clearly stated compatibility requirements
• You expected a personalised travel-planning or booking service that was not advertised
• You disagree with an independent cruise line or travel provider

Purchases made through Gumroad are processed through Gumroad. Refunds for Gumroad transactions are therefore issued through the Gumroad platform. Gumroad may also issue or manage refunds, disputes or chargebacks according to its own terms and policies.

Gumroad manages chargebacks and payment disputes for purchases processed through its platform according to Gumroad's own policies.

Abuse of chargebacks, fraudulent disputes or false claims may result in restriction of future access to Cruise Plan Wise products where permitted by law.

16. Statutory Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights

• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with website or platform security
• Scrape or systematically extract substantial protected content
• Commit fraud or impersonate another person
• Circumvent payment or access controls
• Redistribute Cruise Plan Wise intellectual property without permission

We may take reasonable action to protect the website, products and intellectual property where misuse is identified.

Where liability can lawfully be limited but not excluded, Cruise Plan Wise's aggregate liability relating to a particular purchased digital product will not exceed the amount paid for that affected Cruise Plan Wise product.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including where applicable in cases of fraud, deliberate misconduct or other non-excludable obligations.

Cruise Plan Wise does not control the independent operation, availability, pricing, policies or technical performance of those services.

Your use of an independent third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

• Uses fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods
• Attempts to compromise the website or another user's security

For transactions processed through Gumroad, Gumroad's applicable terms and policies additionally govern Gumroad's role in the transaction.
